FESILI Automation provides an IoT and AI-based platform for real-time prediction of Silicon content in blast furnace hot metal, enabling proactive control of productivity, fuel usage, and refractory health.
The platform uses a dynamic, self-learning prediction model that combines sensor accuracy, real-time processing, and lean AI to deliver just-in-time decision support to furnace operators.
India has 71 operational blast furnaces with several new units under development. FeSili Automation is emerging through Kalpataru STPI OCP 4.0 and a problem statement from RINL, aiming to serve the entire steel ecosystem with advanced AI-driven process control.

SinterGreen provides an AI and vision-based monitoring solution for real-time detection of over-sized sinter material after screening in sintering machines. The system identifies oversize sinter on conveyors immediately after screening, preventing choke-ups, chute blockages, and production delays caused by damaged or worn screen mats.
Using high-resolution cameras and lean AI models, SinterGreen enables early maintenance action, reduces machine stoppages, and improves overall sinter quality and throughput. The platform performs precise size measurement, shape analysis, and particle distribution analytics even in dusty, dynamic, high-temperature industrial conditions.
The project is being developed under the STPI Kalpataru OCP 4.0 initiative with direct industry validation and is scalable across India's 80+ sintering machines.
